Laconia police investigating home invasion in broad daylight

LACONIA - Police are investigating a home invasion at 20 Blueberry Lane, where the suspect walked into a woman's house in broad daylight and threatened to kill her 19-year-old son, who was not home at the time.

Police say the suspect also stole a PlayStation from the teen's bedroom. No weapon was displayed and the woman was not hurt, police said.

Police were unable to locate the suspect but say they're looking for a blue 2010-2013 Toyota Rav4, four-door that was seen in the area at the time of the incident at about 12:40 p.m. Saturday.

The suspect is described at about 6-feet tall, wearing a black mask and grey running pants.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Laconia police or the Greater Laconia Crimeline at 524-1717.
