Laconia police asking people to avoid Cleveland Place, Court and Academy streets

LACONIA - Residents of Cleveland Place have been asked by police to remain in their homes Friday morning.

The reason for the shelter in place order is not clear, but police were tweeting earlier, asking people to avoid the area of Cleveland Place, Court Street and Academy Street.
