Laconia police arrest Andover man in parking lot on prostitution charges

LACONIA - A man is facing prostitution charges after police say offered to pay someone for sex in a parking lot.

After a short investigation, Laconia police arrested Scott Parsons, 28 of Andover, in a parking area off Rowe Court in Laconia for allegedly offering to pay another person to engage in sexual acts.

Parsons was released on $5,000 bail. He is to appear in court on Sept. 8.
