LACONIA - Police are alerting jewelry and hardware stores and pawn shop to a man trying to resell items such as landscape equipment, which were bought using a closed bank account.
Police are seeking the whereabouts of 44-year-old Shawn Cochrane of Laconia. He's accused of using his New Hampshire non-driver ID in the transactions, which lists his address as the state prison.
