Laconia man convicted twice of statutory rape, arrested again for rape

LACONIA - A Laconia man, convicted twice in the past for having sex with underage girls, is facing another felonious sexual assault charge in Belknap county.

According to the Laconia Citizen, Michael Sulloway, who is described as learning disabled, has been convicted twice of having sex with underage girls.

Sulloway is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl back in 2012, when he was 18.

In December 2013, Sulloway, who was 19, admitted to having sex with an underage girl as another girl sat on the bed.

As a result, Sulloway was put on the sex offender registration for life and received five years of probation. Sulloway was required to complete a sexual offender counseling and treatment program as an outpatient.

In July 2014, Sulloway admitted violating his probation and was found in the company of minor girls, which was prohibited.

Sulloway is currently in the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.
