Laconia man busted in massive drug sweep arrested again on heroin, child endangerment charges


LACONIA - William Brown, who was previously arrested in August during a city-wide drug sweep, was taken into custody by police again Monday and charged with drug charges and child endangerment.

Brown, 32, and Trisha Carroll were at the residence at 123 Merrimac St. when police arrived with an active warrant for Brown.

As part of the search, officers found heroin, prescription pills, paraphernalia and cash in the home.

Three young children were home and police notified the Division of Children, Youth and Families.

A 7 year old, 2 year old and an 18-month-old infant were released to guardians after police arrested Brown and Carroll.

Brown and Carroll were charged with sale of narcotics, conspiracy to commit a felony and child endangerment.
