NASHUA – After more than a year on the market, the price tag for the former Nashua District Court on Walnut Street has dropped $300,000. The 28,000-square-foot brick building in the middle of a traffic oval on the edge of the city’s downtown has sat empty since the court was moved to Spring Street, where it shares quarters with the Hillsborough County Superior Court. It was put on the market in July 2013 for $1.1 million. Now the building is listed for $800,000 on the website of the listing agent, NAI Norwood Group in Bedford. The court – now officially known as the 9th Circuit Court District Division – was moved to Spring Street after the state legislature approved the move in 2011 as a cost-saving measure.
