BOSTON - Those deciding whether Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will spend life in prison or get the death penalty get a long weekend off.
Thursday the jury in the penalty phase of the Boston Marathon Bomber sentencing trial went home early after attorneys met privately with the judge.
The defense is close to resting its case , but first it's expected to call Sister Helen Prejean as a witness. The nun is a well-known death penalty opponent made famous by the movie "Dead Man Walking."
