CONCORD — Two men were sentenced in federal court Thursday for possessing child pornography on personal electronic devices.

24-year-old Richard Sullivan, of Goffstown, was sentenced to two years in prison followed by seven years of supervised release after he was convicted of possessing over 30 images of child pornography on three different electronic devices.

49-year-old Allen Langlois, of Newport, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release after he was convicted of possessing over 100 images of child pornography on his personal computer.

Both cases were prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Nick Abramson.

The Department of Justice launched an initiative to protect children from online sexual abuse in February 2006.
