The Union Leader reported that Rockingham County Superior Court Judge N. William Delker revised a permanent injunction against Michael Gill issued on April 10 that ordered him to remove the accusatory messages from signs outside his offices in Manchester, Nashua and Plaistow.

Gill had not removed any of the statements from his billboards since the injunction was filed, and Walker's lawyer, Daniel Will, argued that Gill should be held in contempt.

The injunction prohibits Gill from making statements in any form accusing Walker of committing attempted murder.

Gill claimed that he didn't receive the injunction notice, despite the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department reporting that it was delivered to his home in Derry last month.

He agreed to remove the messages immediately, but told the judge that he would be publishing uncut footage of the full hearing online.

Walker, an attorney and executive at Catholic Medical Center, initially filed the defamation suit in April 2016 after his name and picture appeared on Gill’s Mortgage Specialists’ billboard alongside the words “Attempted Murder.”

Gill has used the billboards to target politicians, judges, lawyers and others whom he accuses of corruption, and he also posts the allegations on his website, stateofcorruption.org.

Gill has multiple open legal cases against him.
