Joe Knows: Here are just a few warning signs of dehydration

Is the heat wearing you down? Are you feeling tired? Maybe it’s because you are not drinking enough water.

Dehydration is a serious health concern during the summer. The Sun’s heat is constantly evaporating moisture from our body. If you do not replace the loss of fluids quickly you may find yourself level of energy lagging.

Here are a few signs you are dehydrated

Besides being tired all the time, a lack of water can make your skin look wrinkled and dry.

Your joints can start to ache. Water can alleviate the pain. You are frequently getting sick.

Proper hydration can prevent sickness by strengthening your immune system.

Excessive alcohol consumption is a huge dehydrator. It can lead to headaches and dry mouth.

Finally, you are gaining weight. Studies also show drinking water can help control your appetite and reduce calories.

Doctors recommend drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. If you are sweating a lot, it is very important to replace that fluid.

Experts advise to watch your urine color. A pale yellow is the color you want. It’s all very simple. If you are feeling thirsty… It’s is time to drink water.
