WEARE — A Weare man has been arrested following a lengthy investigation involving communication online with a minor.
Donald Malette, 38, was charged with certain uses of computer services prohibited, a class B felony, and falsifying physical evidence, a class B felony.
Malette is being held at Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on $50,000 cash bail pending arraignment at Goffstown District Court on Wednesday.
The Weare Police Department and the Department of Homeland Security were involved in this investigation.
No other information has been released at this time.
