WEST STEWARTSTOWN — The major crimes truck recently parked outside the trailer of the man who has been a focal point in the slaying of an 11-year-old New Hampshire girl more than four years ago indicates the case is anything but cold.
Associate Attorney General Jane Young says she won't comment on whether there are any new developments in the Celina Cass homicide investigation. Nor would she comment on the presence of the police van outside the home of Celina's stepfather, Wendell Noyes, in West Stewartstown on Monday.
Phone numbers linked to Noyes were not in service. His mother says she doesn't know anything about her son or his whereabouts.
Young says the investigation has remained active.
Celina vanished from her home in July 2011. Her body was found nearly a week later.
