Innis denies involvement with mailer focused on Tweedie's criminal past in NH Senate race

CONCORD - Last week a mailer focused on N.H. Senate candidate Ray Tweedie's criminal past was sent out across the district they're both running to represent.

Dan Innis, Tweedie's primary opponent in the District 24 race, has denied having anything to do with the attack.

The mailer, produced by the PAC New Hampshire Priorities has not endorsed any candidate, however donors to the PAC include Peter T. Paul, who donated millions to a UNH construction project led by Innis as dean from 2007 to 2013, according to Seacoast Online.

Innis says he was in no way involved with the mailer and was unaware of it.

A pro-Tweedie mailer was sent out afterward accusing Innis of lying about his involvement in the original mailer.
