Inmate who escaped during transfer to NH jail captured in Concord
CONCORD — An inmate who escaped from a transport vehicle Thursday was captured in Concord on Friday morning.
Officials said Tamara Ipock was taken into custody around 11:30 a.m. No further details of her arrest are available at this time.
The escape occurred Thursday when Ipock was being transported to the Belknap County Jail.
Officials said she was able to herself from one of her handcuffs and fled the transportation vehicle. The escape happened in the area of Union Avenue and Court Street in Laconia around 3:30 p.m.
