Indian Association of NH seeks donations for victims of huge south Asian flood

The Indian Association of New Hampshire is urging donations to help flood victims in northwestern Indian and northeastern Pakistan, which have been hit by historic rains in recent weeks. The entire Jammu & Kashmir region has been hit badly by rain, landslides and floods. Hundreds, probably thousands of people have died and tens of thousands have been driven from their homes as entire villages have been inundated. IANH, which involves people of south Asian descent in New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, says two organizations are seeking donations: Sewa International: www.sewausa.org/Jammu-Kashmir-Flood-Relief-Appeal Vishwa Hindu Parishad vhp-america.org/news/help-victims-jammu-kashmir-floods – TELEGRAPH STAFF
