Hudson woman charged with drunken driving in Merrimack

MERRIMACK - A Hudson woman has been charged with drunken driving after an accident Tuesday night.

Nicole Lecraw, 24, of 25 Pinewood Drive, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and per se aggravated driving while intoxicated, a charge that results from having a blood alcohol level at twice the legal limit.

Lecraw was arrested after getting into an accident at the intersection of Route 101A and Continental Boulevard around 8:45 p.m. According to police, she rear-ended another car that had stopped at the traffic light. Two Nashua men were in the car and one of them was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.

Lecraw was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court of Merrimack on Dec. 10.
