Hudson, NH, man charged with impersonating police officer


HUDSON - Police arrested two men after a cab driver alleged they were trying to rob him.

Police say Francis O'Hearn, 23, of Hudson unlawfully detained the cab driver after telling the driver he was a police officer.

O'Hearn was charged with false personating; criminal threatening; false imprisonment; and simple assault.

Daniel Carlo Jr., 22, of Hudson was charged with receiving stolen property.

O'Hearn and Carlo posted bail and are scheduled to be arraigned at Nashua district court on Nov. 20. The investigation is still ongoing.
