Hudson man charged in theft of Nashua man's phone


NASHUA - A Hudson man is under arrest for robbing someone of their cell phone.

Police said Roberto Rivera, 20, of 12 Baker St. Apt. C, Hudson and two other men approached the victim Tuesday outside a gas station on Broad Street. The victim told police Rivera assaulted him and took his phone.

Rivera was later located at his home and charged with robbery. He was ordered held on $10,000 cash bail. The felony robbery charge is punishable by up to seven years in prison.
