Hudson man airlifted to Massachusetts General Hospital for life-threatening injuries
HUDSON - Police said a passenger in an accident was air-lifted to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for life-threatening injuries.
Sunday, just before noon, Hudson police said they responded to a collision at the intersection of Highland Street and George Street.
Police said the passenger of the 2004 Chrysler Sebring, Paul Doucet, 49 of Hudson was transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center but had to be air-lifted to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle was Denise Sutton, 52 of Hudson.
Police said the driver of the 2008 Acura, Suzanne Mutty, 51 of Hudson, and her 17-year-old daughter were also transported to SNHMC for non-life threatening injuries. Police said all passengers were wearing their seat belts and airbags in both vehicles deployed.
Police said Highland Street was only opened for residents and shut down from Greeley Street to Gloria Avenue.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
