Hudson landlord charged criminally following dispute with tenant

HUDSON – Police responded to a disturbance between a landlord and tenant in Hudson at about 1:05 p.m. Friday.

The tenant reported that the landlord pointed a gun at him and issued threats during an altercation.

Police took the landlord, Richard MacMillan, 69, of Hollis, into custody after some investigating and charged him with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.
