Hooksett police: man was passed out in vehicle behind Irving station
HOOKSETT - A man was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated early Wednesday morning.
Hooksett police arrested 52-year-old Aric Hicks after reportedly finding him passed out in an idling vehicle behind an Irving gas station on 6 Bell Ave. on Wednesday at 12:40 a.m.
Police say the officer awoke Hicks and asked him to perform sobriety tests.
It was later discovered that Hicks had been arrested for a previous DWI offense in Maine.
He was released on bail.
