Hooksett man arrested after investigation into Dec. 6 shooting

HOOKSETT - An arrest was finally made after a shooting earlier this month.

Hooksett Police responded to shots being fired at Hooksett Road and Mount Saint Mary’s Way on December 6.

During their investigation, police discovered two vehicles near the Shaw's plaza on Hooksett Road. One of the vehicles fired a 9mm handgun toward the other vehicle.

A suspect was identified as Phillip Scordato, 23 of Loudon. His vehicle was seized and an arrest warrant was issued.

Scordato was charged with reckless conduct and criminal threatening.

Scordato was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 26 at the Hooksett District Court.
