CONCORD - Have the snow and salt left stains on your favorite boots? You might have everything you need in your house to get rid of them.
The remedy takes water, vinegar, a bowl and a sponge. Mix an equal amount of water and vinegar, dampen the sponge, and wipe down your boots.
Be sure not to soak the boots, and then let them dry on newspaper.
