Hillary Clinton wraps up 2-day visit to NH
CONCORD - Hillary Clinton has wrapped up a 2-day visit to New Hampshire, speaking Tuesday morning with students and educators during a roundtable discussion at NHTI in Concord.
During Monday's visit, Clinton heard from a student who transferred to the community college after finding a 4-year school "too big". Another student talked about how he went back to school after losing his job.
Education is one of the issues Clinton is focusing on in the early days of her campaign. Small business is another; her first day in New Hampshire on Monday was spent in Keene visiting a downtown bakery and attending a roundtable discussion at furniture maker Whitney Brothers.
Clinton is the first declared Democrat Presidential candidate in the 2016 campaign, announcing her campaign via a video release 9 days ago. On the Republican side, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, and Florida Senator Marco Rubio have all announced their candidacy.
