Hiker injured on Mt. Webster
On Saturday, rescuers responded to an injured hiker on the Webster Trail in the White Mountain National Forest. The hiker was identified as Jennifer Dube, 24, of Portland, ME.
Dube fell and suffered a lower leg injury. She was unable to walk and called 911 for help. NH Fish and Game along with members of the Bartlett Jackson and Twin Mountain fire and rescue services responded to the call.
Dube was carried about three miles. She was transported to Littleton Regional Hospital for treatment.
