HAMPTON - Even before the rain started Wednesday, much of Johnson Avenue in Hampton was under water because of the high tide.
Neighbors say every time there is a full moon they have to make sure they clear their driveways of anything that might float away.
With tonight's super moon, neighbors are expecting to see more water coming in with what is being called the "King Tide."
The rain and wind on the coast started to pick up around 5 p.m.
The next high tide is at 12:51 a.m.
