Heroin Anonymous (H.A.) meetings come to NH for those struggling with addiction

CONCORD - You've probably heard of Alcoholics Anonymous but what about Heroin Anonymous?

Heroin Anonymous (H.A.) is a non-profit fellowship of men and women who have found a solution to heroin addiction, where participants abstain from all drugs and alcohol.

Many H.A. members are recovered heroin addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay sober, where they say the only requirement to join is the desire to stop suffering from addiction.

There are no dues or fees for H.A. membership and the group is not allied with any other organizations or groups with its primary purpose is staying sober and helping each other out.

Group sessions do not provide drug counseling, medical or psychiatric treatment, chemical dependency treatment or therapy of any form.
