Henniker man arrested on charges of threatening other driver with a gun

HOPKINTON — An arrest was made in connection with an August road rage incident in which one driver pointed a gun at another driver.

Chris Bonollo, 51, of Hopkinton was arrested and charged with criminal threatening, and carrying a handgun without a license.

Bonollo admitted to possessing a black Ruger LCP .380 caliber pistol in his car, but denied showing the weapon to anyone, after being stopped in August on Route 9/202 in Hopkinton.

The trooper applied for an arrest warrant for Bonollo. A warrant was issued on Oct. 10, and released on $7,000 bail. He complained of shoulder pain, and was taken to the Concord Hospital via ambulance.
