CONCORD - Gov. Maggie Hassan has declared a state of emergency for New Hampshire.
All government offices will be closed Tuesday. The state liquor stores will be open as regularly scheduled Monday but will be closed on Tuesday.
The court system also will be closed.
Hassan also is asking residents to stay off the roads.
