Gun reported at Portsmouth Thirsty Moose, 1 man arrested
Police arrested a Rochester man after a reported incident involving a gun at the Thirsty Moose in Portsmouth Friday night.
34-year-old Gregory Cummings allegedly pointed a semi-automatic handgun at bouncers as he was being removed from the establishment. According to authorities, the bouncers were able to disarm Cummings by wrestling him the ground and keeping him there until police arrived.
Cummings has been charged with felony-level reckless conduct and criminal threatening. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and will appear in court on May 18.
