Gun found in passenger's carry-on bag at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
MANCHESTER - A .38 caliber handgun was found in a passenger's bag at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport on Sept. 30, according to Transportation Security Administration reports.
The man was booked on a flight to Baltimore. Londonderry police responded to the incident and said the man had all the proper permits and was cooperative.
The man placed the gun in a secured vehicle. No charges were filed against the man.
There were two other incidences in the past two months. A 9 mm pistol confiscated after being found in a man's carry-on bag on Sept. 9. On Aug. 28, .38 caliber handgun also was confiscated after being found in a carry-on bag.
