Before moving over to the new facility last month, the police department had occupied the basement level of Dover City Hall since the mid 1930’s.

New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan will be speaking at the grand opening, and others speaking include Dover Mayor Karen Weston, Deputy Mayor Bob Carrier, and Dover City Manager, J. Michael Joyal, Jr.

The event will take place on Friday, May 6 at 5 p.m. in front of the new facility at 46 Chestnut Street.
