Grand jury indicts Hollis man on child pornography charges

NASHUA - A Hollis man has been indicted by a grand jury on four counts of possessing child pornography and one count of prohibited use of a computer for allegedly trying to solicit two girls under age 16.

The charges stem from an investigation into David Pelusi, 46, of 260 Depot Road, after a household member accidentally found images on Pelusi's cellphone.

Pelusi is accused of possessing several pictures of children's genitalia and one involving a child performing a sexual act. He's also accused of using the Internet to solicit two young girls in a communication with a Concord woman, Alyssa Azotea, 37, who also was arrested in connection with the case.
