Goffstown man charged with possession of child pornography

GOFFSTOWN - A 23-year-old man has been charged with possessing child pornography following an investigation by the N.H. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Police say Richard A. Sullivan II, of Tibbetts Hill Road, faces nine counts of possession of illegal pornographic images. Sullivan's bail was set at $100,000 ccash, with conditions that he have no contact with minors and restricting his use of the internet. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for August 20.

Local departments assisting in the investigation include the Goffstown, Hampton, Salem, Manchester, Nashua, Bedford, Allenstown, Amherst, and Jaffrey police. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations Division also assisted in the investigation and apprehension of Sullivan.
