Goffstown man arrested; 9 counts sexual abuse images of minors, improper use of Internet

GOFFSTOWN — Goffstown police arrested a man after he was found with several inappropriate pictures of girls under the age of 18.

Matthew Riehl, 24 of Goffstown, was charged with nine counts of possession of child sexual abuse images and one count of certain uses of computer services prohibited, both felonies.

An investigation led to a search warrant at Riehl's residence where they seized electronic media devices and equipment.

His bail was set at $150,000. His bail conditions state that he may not have any access to any electronic devices with internet capability and no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18.

Additionally charges may be filed pending the ongoing investigation.

Riehl is scheduled to be arrainged on Sept. 23.
