MANCHESTER — An outspoken Manchester mortgage broker who has used electronic billboard signs to criticize local businessmen will not be subject to a gag order.

Michael Gill, of Derry, is the business owner of Mortgage Loans specialist with multiple locations across the state. He is being sued by three Manchester businessmen.

A judge says Gill can talk all he wants about the case as it makes its way the courts.

Gill is known for exploiting politicians and other public figures and making controversial comments about them on his outside electronic billboards.

"It's freedom of speech, I'm going to keep running them," Gill told NH1 News after previous complaints of his flashing signs.
