Get a college degree

By far, the greatest number of successful candidates for president got at least an undergraduate degree.

32 out of 43 have at least one degree.

It may be helpful to know that not all of them came from Ivy League institutions.

Among the other colleges to prepare U.S. Presidents:

Bowdoin College - Franklin Pierce's alma mater

Whittier College - Richard Nixon

Eureka College - Ronald Reagan

Southwest State Teacher's College (now Texas State University at San Marcos) - Lyndon Johnson

Nota Bene: 43 men have served as president but we are about to elect our 45th president because Grover Clevelan gets counted twice - as the 22nd and the 24th president. That makes Barack Obama #44 and the next president #45.
