Gas prices rise 9 cents in NH in last week

CONCORD (AP) — Gas prices in New Hampshire have gone up nearly 9 cents per gallon in the past week, to an average of $2.49.
Gasbuddy.com, which surveyed 875 gas stations in the state, says that's 5 cents less than the national average, which increased 8.2 cents to $2.54 a gallon.
Gas prices in New Hampshire are $1.14 per gallon lower than they were a year ago and are 18.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average increased 10.7 cents per gallon in the last month and stands nearly $1.17 a gallon less compared to a year ago.
