Fugitive found under bunk bed covers, arrested on heroin charges in New Hampton
NEW HAMPTON — Belknap County Sheriff's Department arrested a wanted fugitive on Wednesday.
Joshua Umlah, 32, was captured on Shingle Camp Road. He was discovered under the blankets of a bunk bed and arrested, according to the Laconia Citizen.
Warrants were issued for Umlah because of his charges for possession of heroin in Belknap County and being a habitual offender of traffic violations in Grafton County.
Umlah is being held without bail on both charges pending hearing.
