Fremont woman dies following motorcycle accident in Loudon


LOUDON - A Fremont woman has died as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident Sunday.

Stacey Light, 51, died Tuesday, police said.

Police said the accident happened when Rita Wornham, 71, of Leominster, Mass, was attempting to make a left-hand turn onto Route 106 and her 2014 Kia Sorento allegedly cut into the path of 2002 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Both the driver of the motorcycle, Robert Palombo, 49, of Freedom, and his passenger Light suffered life-threatening injuries, police said.
