A "Free-Stater" flag in Manchester was the center of a fight that led to Saturday night's shooting on Amory Street.

Manchester Police said Michael Sirois and Jason Gerry got into a fight with another man that ended in two people getting shot, neither fatally wounded.

A witness in court said that the argument escalated into a pushing match and fist fight. He then remembers hearing Sioris say, "I'm about to shoot this kid in three seconds," according to court documents.

Witnesses say they heard three or four gunshots before the suspect got into a car and sped off, the documents also read.

On Tuesday, both men entered a not guilty to assault and other charges. Siriois waived his right to appear. Both will be back in court next month.
