Fred Fuller Oil sold to Rymes

MANCHESTER - A done deal tonight for the Fred Fuller Oil Company was finally sold to Rymes Propane and Oil but not without some struggle.

Yesterday, both parties realized they had issues that need to still be resolved.

Today there was a new hick-up in the road.

Another potential bidder arrived in court prepared to make a counter offer. The Rhode Island-based company, Santoro oil, as denied its chance to have the sale go to auction due to customer's needs and lack of funds. John Rymes told NH1 how he plans to start taking over starting first thing tomorrow morning.

"Tomorrow at ten we are rolling tankers into the fuller facilities. Filling all their storage tanks and trucks with oil and we're delivering," said John Rymes, Vice President of Rymes Oil.
