LACONIA — The Belknap County Sheriff's Department added a Franklin man to their list of "Most Wanted" according to the Laconia Citizen.
Fred H. Cross III, 45, missed a court appearance on theft charges and deputies haven't been able to locate him since.
Cross was indicted by the Belknap County Grand Jury in February for theft of a Honda snowblower on April 3, 2015 and he was indicted by a Merrimack County Grand Jury in March for taking merchandise from a Hannaford.
