NASHUA - Dozens of people attended an educational forum in Nashua to discuss homelessness with an emphasis on mental illness as a contributing factor.
The forum was hosted by Harbor Homes and Partnership for Successful Living and was held at the Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center on High Street in Nashua.
If you know someone at risk of homelessness or in need of housing, mental treatment, dental care or addiction treatment, click here. The federally funded program accepts those with and without insurance.
The forum is the first of a series of educational events to be held, to better understand the causes as to why someone spirals into a state of homelessness.
