Former state rep Kyle Tasker's hearing postponed

CANDIA - Former Nottingham state Rep. Kyle Tasker's probable cause hearing has been postponed.

The hearing was scheduled for Monday. Tasker's lawyer, Alan Cronheim, asked for a continuance because he has a scheduling conflict, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Tasker, 30, is charged with four felonies, including trying to lure a 14-year old to have sex with him and possessing large quantities of drugs.

A new hearing has not been set.

Tasker is has been released on $50,000 bail. While on bail, he is prohibited from contact with the teen, her family or anyone younger than 18, as well as using devices with an Internet connection.
