Food Safety News reports Salmonella risk caused Trader Joe's cashews to be recalled
Food Safety News has reported that Trader Joe's Raw Cashew Pieces have been recalled due to a possible Salmonella risk.
According to the report, stores in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island and Maine have had the product distributed to them, but no illnesses have yet been recorded on the FDA's website.
The product in need of recall can be identified as "BEST BEFORE 07.17.2016TF4," per the report.
