Fish and Game: NH teens without helmets flip ATV over
WARREN — Two juveniles reportedly suffered injuries after their ATV rolled over Sunday night.
The New Hampshire Fish and Game responded to a call at a private residence in Warren after reports that two teens had flipped over their ATV.
Fourteen-year-old Drew Donahue of Warren was driving a 2013 Polaris Ranger XP side-by-side ATV with his 15-year-old friend James Thompson.
The two teens were attempting to make a sharp left turn when they lost control of the ATV, police said.
According to the Fish and Game, Thompson's mother was home at the time and called 911 once she realized that her son was hurt.
Reports show that Thompson was transported to Spear Memorial Hospital in Plymouth and treated for minor injuries sustained in the crash.
Fish and Game reminds riders under the age of 18 that both drivers and passengers are required to wear helmets and eye protection.
