Fish and Game department hosts public hearing

The Associated Press

LANCASTER (AP) — The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department is holding its second and final hearing to give the public a chance to weigh in on any aspect of the agency's operations.

The first hearing was held earlier this month in Concord. The second is set for Thursday night at the department's regional office in Lancaster.

Officials urge hunters, anglers and others who care about the state's wildlife to attend and share ideas about how the agency can serve them better. While the department also plans to hold hearings on specific proposals for hunting season rules, these hearings are broader in scope.
