CONCORD – The New Hampshire GOP will hold a second grassroots training event next month.
The state party’s event will take place June 13 at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College in Goffstown, NH1 News learned Tuesday.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, an all-but-certain 2016 GOP presidential candidate, headlined the NHGOP’s kickoff grassroots training event, which was held March 14 in at Concord High School.
Several hundred activists attended the session.
No word yet on who will speak at the June event.
The NHGOP says they plan to hold several more grassroots training events throughout the rest of the year. The mission of these gatherings is to make sure activists are aware of the type of technology the state party’s using, and to brief them on the state party’s communications strategy. The ultimate goal, of course, is to strengthen grassroots support in the Granite State, which could translate into votes on election day 2016.
